A cost segregation study does not run on photos of your building.
If somebody tells you to go photograph your own property, you do not know what they are looking for. Engineers do, and much of what drives the result cannot be photographed at all. Septic tank counts, utility line materials and where the road stops belonging to the property come from surveys, utility records and somebody walking the site in person.
Engineering-based studies, with a trained professional on the property. That is the only kind worth doing.
